Chocolate in the Oven, established in 2010, is a small batch, full service retail bakery located along the Delaware River,  in Milford, New Jersey.

 

The talented team of bakers and decorators at the shop put love into producing the very best homemade desserts and confections each and every day.  Along with winning numerous awards for technical and advanced cake decorating, the shop has been named number one bakery in Hunterdon County three years in a row.

Cheesecake, Italian pastry, brownies, bars, cookies, cream puffs, eclairs, lobster tails, cannoli, homemade chocolate truffles and small batch ice cream are just some of the staple items made daily.   There are also new items rotated in weekly to keep things exciting!
